I am after a bit of guidence - if anyone can help me. I am a UK resident and would like to purchase shares in Jardine Matheson, ideally within an ISA. What I am after is some guidence on which is the best share class (registration) to buy, given I am a UK citizen and (again ideally) would like dividends paid in sterling with a miminum of transation/forex exchange hassle. From my broker, I have the option to purchase the following:
JARB - Bermuda registration
JARJ - Jersey registration
JAR - Singapore regiatration
Does anyone have any experience in this area?

The main listing of Jardine Matheson is in Singapore.
Then there is Jardine Strategic, also listed in Singapore, which owns a controlling interest in Jardine Matheson.
After opening a broking account in Singapore, I wanted a fairly dull & safe looking investment to make sure everything worked on the account, whilst researching more interesting options.
I went for Jardine Strategic, on the basis it's where the Keswicks appear to be invested & the long term return has been good.
Disclaimer: This is not my most heavily researched position.
