Today JonnyT Enterprises Ltd, board has taken the decision to both change the name to Parkmead Rear Earth Minerals Group and to change the company to invest purely in Rare Earth Minerals.
Accordingly 10% of the company is being offered to Institutions and PI's for £100m
The Company currently has assets of 35 pence in the form of a postage stamp on an envelope addressed to the Chairman of the South Sea Company.
