Kiotech International (LON:KIO), the UK based producer of innovative feed additives for the global agriculture and aquiculture markets, announced that it has acquired a long leasehold on its Manton Wood, Nottinghamshire property which houses its main production facilities as well as its administration and finance functions. The lease was acquired for £1.45 million, and has 286 years remaining. The company has occupied the site on a short lease basis since its acquisition of Optivite in 2009, and the long lease will enable the company to make long term investment decisions regarding the facility and promote the operational integration of the two companies, which should be completed by the end of the year.
