Executive Summary
Leyshon Resources Limited (LRL) strategy is to create shareholder value by building an inventory of resources in the underexplored regions of China and elsewhere in the region. Through a province wide agreement, LRL has gained access to a number of projects in the northeastern province of Heilongjiang and is testing the potential of each project through the application of the latest exploration techniques. The Company has reviewed over 50 projects in China and the experience gained has enabled it to focus on those projects with the potential to significantly add value. In addition, a comprehensive review of the resource potential in neighbouring Mongolia was undertaken and a number of projects reviewed. In addition the Company is reviewing a number of investment opportunities within China and neighbouring countries.
