I am doing some research to come up with a UK (or European) ETF that allows me to invest in the Metaverse. Specifically ETFs that invest in the big players in the Metaverse including Apple, FB, Roblox, Nvidia etc. I have come across Roundball ETF, which is a US ETF and as a UK investor, I can't invest in this one, so I was wondering if anyone in the group is also researching this for similar ETFs in the UK (or Europe)?
No specific recommendations but I thought there's loads of 'interesting' US ETFs that don't appear on UK/European platforms as they don't produce compliant KIIDs. Some of the ETFs featured by the guy on Stocko with the helpful weekend commentaries seem to fall into this category. Even the mega-ETFs eg SPY, QQQ are like this, though these tend to have European 'clones' available.
I suspect the answer is just hunker down and open an account with Schwab, IBKR etc as many UK investors do. Just possibly Saxo is more accommodating but I haven't looked.
