I am completely new, but love what you have done with the screens. However I don't see a simple two factor value x growth metric. Please can this be added, I think it would be a potentially powerful filter....even though I read the cautions about using growth rank alone not necessarily predicting strongly....however thats not my aim. I have a hunch that VxG would have added value. If not possible...... how do I manually combine value and growth column with a simple multiplier function? maybe in the advanced option? thank you.
Hello AJ, although I'm also a newbie I think it would be pretty straight forward to combine the rules of the Value and Growth screens, using the following rules in a new screen.
Growth Rank>=90
Mkt Cap GBP >10m
Value Rank>=90
I'm sure there are more technical settings for a better screen, but this is a good start to get you going.
However is disregarding elements like momentum (a downward spiral of stock price falling), or ignoring quality (poor financials) such a smart thing to do?
