Hi, I've had a pm in respect to a meetup in Newcastle upon Tyne. Unfortunately there appears to be something weird with Stockopedia where the old system could send and receive PM's but the new members/system can't?
So, as things stand, creating new groups online is really quite straight forward. There is an advantage to keeping groups based in areas but we can also look at topic/sector specific groups. There is so much in play at present, sharing your thoughts and ideas with a think tank of investors can be really helpful.
If the online concept fills you with dread, then please don't fear, they work surprisingly well.
