Anyone else's Portfolio newsfeed filling up with articles on Companies you have sold?
I have booked it via the green toast, but not heard anything back which is unusual as they are rather good at responding.
Is it just me? and anyone have a fix

Yes same here. They responded to an earlier report, saying they know about it and trying to fix it.
I believe that the news feed is derived from your portfolios, so anything sold would still be reported until you remove it from said portfolios. ??
No it's not just you - but in my case I had thought its because once I 'sold' the shares in the portfolio its still there as a 'closed position' and I've not deleted the entry. Perhaps naively I thought that if I deleted the closed positions the newsflow would stop - but I quite like it so I've not tried this to find out if it works.

Yeah - this is a bug that's been fixed on our test servers. Should be deployed on Monday.
Ed, is Stocko any nearer to fixing my x2 reported bugs??
When I open up the Stocko quasi app, I am taken to the Homepage and I see it for about 0.25 seconds, then I am immediately logged out everytime and I'm then sent back to the login screen, even though I have the 'Remember Me' box permanently ticked.
Also, when I want to read the news articles in Folio News, quiet often when I click on the desired article my phone will freeze, or least the Stocko app does, upon opening the news article. The only way to overcome the problem is to shutdown the Stocko app and then restart it but all to often the Stocko app freezes a few seconds later when I click on another news article within the Folio News section.

The mini chart bug I reported is now fixed so I have to give the developers a pat on the back for that. The disappearing saved chart templates bug seems to be fixed too as I've not seen it happen in a while, but it seems to only happen when switching between the desktop and laptop when using stockopedia. Not used my laptop recently so bug may still occur.
What phone have you got? I have an S10 and it runs fine on it, no freezes or slowdowns.
I experience the same issues. Long news items e.g results announcements often hang the app. Seems like a memory leak. This not a new issue though, it predates the recent update. I'm using Android - doesn't happen on desktop. The persistent logout is new.
I have a Samsung Note 10+ 5G running Android 12. I don't experience the problems my laptop, only on my mobile.
Do you use Chrome or Samsung's own browser ? I use Chrome and have no issues with freezing. While not exactly the same, my s10 phone is the same generation as yours and the software is updated to the latest version so I would expect it to have the same issues as yours, but I don't. That said, I only have 3 folios and each folio has a moderate number of stocks. Perhaps if you have hundreds of stocks in your folios and use all ten folios (some subscribers have even more), than the extra cpu workload could be causing a slowdown.
As for the automatic logouts, I noticed this even before the migration to AWS. It wasnt happening a lot, but often enough to notice, even though the "remember me" was ticked. Maybe this is feature rather than a bug, because "remember me" may not be permanent, and may require logins from time to time. Or it could be an android issue as I also notice this happening with my other apps too. However, it shouldn't be happening every time you open the website.
Also some websites support a mobile lite version, which run different lines of code so the mobile version may have its own bugs not found in the desktop version.
Logouts happen on my iPad as well but only since the migration to AWS. Freezing happens sometimes as well, once I could not access my folios for hours. PC is OK, so looks like a mobile/cloud issue.
Thank you Guybrush for the numbers but all the numbers show is that Google install Google Chrome as standard as part of its Android operating system and hence why more people will use it for that reason. Whereas Microsoft Edge is not installed as a default browser on Android phones and possibly it is the case that not everybody is aware that Microsoft Edge is available for Android devices. Furthermore, Microsoft Edge uses Google's Chromium software which is what Google Chrome also runs on.
I'm only seeing companies I currently own shares in, i.e. the ones that show up in the portfolio, all closed positions no longer showing.
I'm still seeing some that I have never held. Also trying to open some of them no response.
But less than yesterday.
