You can raise this directly with people at Stockopedia (via green button at bottom right of screen)
If you click on the print button at top of screen, it will show you the last report produced.. which was last August.

I don't see any green button at the bottom right. Except "start the discussion" button in the discussions tab. Maybe I am not a complete member yet. I subscribed some days ago.

I think the green button is probably just on desktop. computers
If on mobile try:
Click on head and shoulders picture at top right.
Then click on "contact support".

One possible reason why you are not seeing the StockRank for ALLEX (and instead all you are possibly seeing is padlocks) might be due to the fact that the share is on the French stock market, hence the reason why it's EPIC is (Euro) ALLEX. Sorry but I don't have a Euro symbol on my English keyboard!!
I see you only joined Stockopedia on the 25th February 2021, some 3 days ago.
Have you paid the extra subscription on top of your UK subscription to have access to Stockopedia's StockRanks and StockReports for companies in the European markets??
You may find that you have only subscribed to have access only to companies on the UK stock market.

This is strange because my account status is set on active
My Base region is Europe and my Additional regions is United States. so it is not a UK subscription, neither an only French subscription. It contains UK and French stocks.
I am on desktop, not mobile. And I have no button for support with stockopedia.
Maybe the support become active after the 14 trial-days ?
