This is an interesting name. Trading very cheap relative to others (esp RRS) mainly owing to the Russian risk. It is one of the cheapest producers out there, but I not sure of the precise revenue sharing agreement with authorities is. As ever with gold, there is the risk of licenses being revoked (which happened with a couple of their mines I believe). However, I think they have powerful friends and as a rule of thumb, the authorities look after those who show long term commitment.
