Executive Summary
Pangea DiamondFields plc is an exploration company with an initial portfolio of nine diamond projects, comprising 25 distinct resource target areas, spread across four African countries, being the Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa and Angola. Pangea's projects are located within highly prospective diamond geological environments and are mostly supported by historic exploration results and data generated by recognised industry participants. One project has advanced to pilot mining, two to bulk sampling and the remaining projects are at differing stages of exploration. Whilst alluvial deposits constitute the primary focus of the Company, a number of target areas are located within regions of kimberlite potential, which will be evaluated on an opportunistic basis.
