PLUS Markets Group plc (LON:PMK) (formerly OFEX Holdings plc) is a Recognised Investment Exchange (RIE) that caters for small to medium sized companies, generally with a market capitalisation of £30m or less. Approximately half of trading from Retail investors is now done on the PLUS RIE, and it is used by a number of leading brokers. In H1 2009, £5bn in shares were traded on PLUS, an increase of 77% on the same period in 2008. The market provides companies and traders with an alternative to the AIM.
