Paul reported on a ShareSoc Masterclass where David Shredder gave a talk about Multi-bagger characteristics and apparently there was a handout listing:
Management prepared to engage with investors
Companies can protect the downside risk. Have sufficient capital and avoid excessive dilution.
Unique product, or difficult to replicate.
Patent protected
Adding key management at the right time for development
Keeping it simple with a cohesive team
Heritage - family firms mentality
Keep close to the story and understand it
So my question to the Stocko community is; Which Early stage companies and Growth companies out there that meet either all or most of these largely senior management determined attributes and if so who are they? Also any other key characteristics would be interesting to debate. Ian
