Does anybody know who are the major customers of Finsbury Food (LON:FIF) ? Specifically how reliant they are on the major supermarkets?

I have been researching Finsbury Food (LON:FIF) and it appears that they supply all the major supermarkets with own lable type products which tends to put me off. But they also supply Licensed cake brands which gives them a bit more of a moat. Also the acquisition of Fletchers means they supply the major food service companies, who are probably a bit less ruthless than the supermarkets. I hear that food service companies are generally growing at 9% CAGR over the last five years to cater for the growing trend to eat out of home. So this makes it rather more interesting. I can't find any figures about % of sales to different channels.
