Thanks for posting this Tomps3. I bought Proactis Holdings (LON:PHD) yesterday mid morning (and commented on a thread about sucker stocks with potential). I think they have very good potential to continue their recovery from the recent fall. Low PE, Low Peg. Some debt, but that was from an aquisition.

I know all the safe and steady stocks have much higher ranking, but its sometimes interesting to mine down in the sucker stocks to see if you can find a gem that the management team are trying to polish.

Not easy to make a presentation not long after a merger of entities having delivered a profit warning.

Thought he rambled a bit when asked a couple of intelligent questions, but might be the Southern style. Let's face we sometimes have too much knowledge in heads, and being concise isn't always easy.

He has a habit of pointing out the weaknesses, without always really stressing the upside. A sign of being honest, perhaps more than being a salesperson. Also, as mentioned above, perhaps also feeling slightly on the back foot in terms of results.

I think he needs to be a bit punchier for presentation purposes, but the reality is that matters less than company performance.

My interest was peaked by the news they were going to have in place a credit finance evangelist by August. Proactis have trailed the business upside of selling credit finance on invoices as part of their procurement offering for a few years, but not much has happened as yet. So will be interesting to see if this develops, and what if anything it adds to profitability.

Hi Trident.

On your last point, yes that interested me too. Perhaps that additional revenue stream that will help them in the current recovery (and the share price seems to be coming back bit by bit). Was surprised that they are only forecasting 3% for internal sales. Maybe being extra conservative this time and trying to under-promise and over deliver.

Also, Its sometimes quite refreshing to see a presentation which has not been overly stage-managed. He seemed genuine and hopefully will be an investor-friendly CEO (or am I being stupid)?
