Noticed this on an RNS this morning - First day of trading (ticker PRSR).

With zero exposure (and little knowledge) of REITS, this one has government participation.

Mainly just considering some exposure to use some of my current 30% or so portfolio cash in a, hopefully reasonable stable, income (and potential growth) area.
