I've taken an idle interest in this stock, as a result of being a repeat purchasers of Pure brand DAB radios. We're now up to five, of different configurations.....
Anyway - their results are here:

.....and appear to have confounded expectations of them being hit by the downturn......
Pre-tax profit* jumps 56% to £5m and chip unit volume up 83% to 86m
Somewhat to my surprise (given their pricing) Pure in the UK actually makes a loss - all their profit is made on the "technology" side ...licensing all sorts of techie stuff I won't understand. However, the market share position of Pure is impressive, showing that my household isn't unusual in its buying pattern:
Global adoption of DAB-based standards beyond UK well underway - offering much enlarged market opportunity - Imagination's DAB technology market share continuing at 80%
...maybe this may yet be a business that can make some good profits from a position of leadership - but I guess another question is whether they are a bid candidate for a larger company??
Comments welcome. I've still got no position but am intrigued.
