Quayle Munro Holdings PLC is an independent investment banking group. It has three main strands to its business: corporate finance advisory work; specialist investment management and investment on its own account. The corporate finance advisory business has a number of specialist areas of expertise: PFI/PPP advisory for both the public and private sectors, debt advisory which covers the broad spectrum of strategic financing and liability management and further/higher education advising colleges of further education and universities. The PFI Infrastructure Company PLC, managed by Quayle Munro, invests in the equity of PFI/PPP single purpose companies. As at 30 June 2005 the Quayle Munro group had shareholders' funds of T?26.1 million. The group aims to generate continuing growth in net assets together with dividend growth in real terms reflecting the results of fee earning activities.
