The company specialises in the financial characteristics of commercial property concentrating on short leaseholds, reversionary properties, rent reviews, linked to RPI, high-yielding or over rented opportunities and special situations. Its current landbank exceeds 27 million sq ft, 21 million sq ft of which is in London. It is driving two of the UK’s four largest regeneration schemes at Wembley and Greenwich Peninsula, at 90 and 194 acres respectively. Two zero carbon mixed use developments are currently under construction, including the UK’s largest scheme in Middlesbrough.
