Quintain posted their final results today.Only skimmed them quickly myself, and came away with a favourable impression - gearing reduced substantially, losses curtailed markedly from the previous year.NAV flat.Gross rental income slightly down.
Market doesnt seem to like them though so I must've missed something. Was down 5% ish at the open, still down 1.5% at the moment.
Anyone with thoughts on this. Am tempted to take a postion for a long term play as the discount to NAV seems overly generous.
Not that it tackles the specific question raised but just cross-referencing to the Stockopedia News piece: http://www.stockopedia.com/content/quintain-estates-upbeat-on-full-year-performance-despite-losses/42375
