Executive Summary
Raven Mount Plc a holding company, which took over Swan Hill Group PLC (now known as Raven Property Group PLC) in December 2003. Subsequently in December 2004 it absorbed a number of development projects, which were all part of Raven Property Holdings Plc. Raven Mount operates within the property development market with a focus on mixed-use, planning gain driven opportunities and the development and management of assisted living centers. Assisted living centers provide independent housing for the elderly and offer a range of additional care services to allow for the effect of ageing to take place so that there is a reduced likelihood of a need for future institutional care. Furthermore, Raven Mount will adopt an entrepreneurial approach and exploit the skills of the Raven Group executive team in considering all sectors of the property market both in the UK and, should appropriate opportunities arise overseas.
