Company History
The group was founded in 1999 and listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange in 2004. The company serves a number of industries such as telecoms, finance, retail, transportation, entertainment, healthcare, aviation, logistics and real estate.
Regional offices have been set up in a number of markets including Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, Macau, Malaysia, and the Middle East, with authorized distributors present in many other parts of the world including the U. S., Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and Australia. In the Middle East region, the Group’s distribution network covers Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Oman and the U.A.E.
The Company has recently been aggressively rolling out across China.
Current Events
In the October 2008 Special General Meeting, RCG passed additional bye-laws to allow the company a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange before April 2009. [1] The listing is likely to raise the profile of RCG in the Asian area and increase the level of corporate governance. Two non executive directors stepped down in September 2008 in what is seen as preparation for the said greater levels of corporate governance required by a Hong Kong listing. [1]
