Executive Summary
Real Office Group plc is a newly incorporated company established to acquire and manage companies and businesses in the design and build of commercial interiors. The Directors believe there are opportunities for combining successful local and national businesses in the UK and overseas to create an international group, capable of meeting the fit out requirements of major national and international companies worldwide. The Directors also believe that, as a result of changes in technology and market demand, there is a requirement to expand the range of fit out services currently provided to encompass information technology, communications and other similar services relating to fit out so as to be able to offer an all embracing service to its customers. The Company will therefore also seek to acquire these skills in its chosen spheres of operation. The Company's initial intention is to acquire one or more profitable businesses and to use these as a platform for further acquisitions; it is the Directors belief that if properly executed, shareholder value can be created through acquiring private companies on a lower rating than a significantly larger and more diversified group would warrant as a quoted company. Due diligence of the proposed acquisitions will be carried out by the Directors assisted by the Company's financial, legal and other professional advisers. If the Company fails to make an acquisition or otherwise establish a material trading activity as outlined above, within 12 months of Admission, the Directors will, at the subsequent annual general meeting of the Company, consider whether to continue to seek acquisitions or to wind up the Company and return funds (after payment of the expenses and liabilities of the Company) to Shareholders.
