  • Established by Mark Dixon 1989 in Brussels, Belgium
  • In April 2001, Regus acquired Stratis, a U.S.-based network of franchised business centers
  • In July 2004, Regus acquired HQ Global Workplaces, a leading United States’ business center operator.
