Renewable Energy Holdings plc is an Isle of Man company established to be an operator of, and undertake active investment in, both proven and innovative renewable energy technologies. The Directors and Proposed Directors of REH have significant experience in both the conventional and renewable energy sectors, both in the UK and overseas. Through their experience, the Directors and Proposed Directors have built up a broad international network of relationships with individuals, companies, governments and lobby groups, which should assist the Company as it seeks to make investments within the renewable energy sector. The first investment in line with the Companys strategy is the acquisition of Seapower Pacific Pty Limited, which is developing the CETO Device, a unique wave energy extraction device. REH plans to progress the final stages of testing of the CETO Device to commercialisation. This will commence with the in-sea deployment of the CETO Device, which is anticipated to take two years in order to demonstrate suitability and reliability in all weather conditions.
