Executive Summary

Rok aims to be The Nation’s Local Builder providing property solutions through its operations in property development, building and maintenance. In 2008, it operated from a network of 60 offices in major towns across the UK delivering building, refurbishment and maintenance services. It focuses on: i) new build projects with an average value of around £2m and not generally more than £5; ii) planned repairs and refurbishment includes long term framework contracts in the affordable housing sector, education, public building and commercial sectors; and iii) response maintenance covers small scale, high volume repairs and maintenance delivered largely by our directly employed technicians.
