Bio: Kiet joined Rotork in 2018 as Managing Director responsible for the Instruments division. Following the Group’s divisional realignment in 2019, he has led both the Chemical, Process & Industrial and the Water & Power divisions. Having graduated with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Kiet has more than 15 years’ experience working as a senior executive for world leading industrial companies, beginning his career at IMI plc before moving on to Trelleborg. With extensive experience within technical, operations and commercial functions, Kiet has a passion for building teams focused on driving growth in highly innovative environments. Kiet was appointed as Rotork CEO on 10 January 2022.
Speaker: Andrew Carter, Director of Investor Relations
Bio: Andrew Carter, Investor Relations Director Andrew joined Rotork as Investor Relations Director in February 2019. His responsibilities include communicating the progress of the Rotork Growth Acceleration Programme to investors and analysts. The programme commits Rotork to delivering mid to high single digit revenue growth and mid 20s adjusted operating margins over time. Andrew was the Investor Relations Society’s ‘Best newcomer to IR’ in 2020 and was ‘Best IR Professional, Pan European Small & Midcap Capital Goods’ according to Institutional Investor in 2020, 2021 and 2022 as voted by the sell-side according to Institutional Investor. Previously Andrew worked as a sell-side research analyst focused on the industrial goods sector, most recently at Royal Bank of Canada.
