Look at the boxes on the right which are a visual representation of the "rank".
If the box is more than half filled and coloured green then the stock's metric is better than 50% of the stocks in that universe (either industry or market.)
If it is yellow or red then it is worse than 50% of the stocks in that universe.
It is very handy quick visual check of where the stock stands on a range of metrics.
