Dear all, I am thinking of adding an ETF Tracking the S&P 500 to my portfolio for 2022. I have seen offering from Lyxor, Vanguard, Invesco and iShares.
Has anyone had any experiences dealing with these companies good, bad or indifference? As usual in this game it looks like a minefield of information so any help or advice is very well appreciated.
If you’re looking for something as commoditised as an S&P 500 tracker ETF, there’s not going to be much value added by the provider, so I suggest you look for the lowest ongoing all in cost with an eye to its total size as well (to give you an idea of liquidity/likely trading spread). FWIW, I’ve got my SIPP with Vanguard and found the customer service to be very good.
Gus.
