Sepura PLC designs, develops and supplies TErrestrial Trunked RAdio (\TETRA\) terminals for public safety, military, transportation, distribution and local government entities and commercial users. It is one of three leading global suppliers of TETRA radio terminals (by terminals shipped) which were together estimated by Intex Management Services Limited (\IMS\) to have a c.90% combined share of the TETRA radio terminal market in 2005. Since its formation, Sepura has sold over 300,000 TETRA radio terminals to more than 600 end-user organisations in over 80 countries. The Company outsources the manufacture of its products to Siemens and as at 31 March 2007, sold its products via a network of 63 international distributors, managed service providers, systems integrators and TETRA infrastructure providers.
