With both having bid for each other and both offers having so far been rejected, how will this playout?

I am happy holding both and believe gas prices will remain strong whilst countries wean off Russian gas.

Maybe another company will put in a takeover offer!

Private investors will get no say in deciding the outcome, but I do see Andrew Austins (Kistos) vision of an enlarged group of the two companies merging and a potential FTSE250 listing as having  long term benefits to the share price.
