Company History
- Listed on London's Alternative Investment Market as Bow Lane Capital, it reversed into Silverdell, a leading UK contractor, in July 2006 for a total consideration of £22m.
- In December 2006 the company acquired Redhill Analysts, one of the UK’s leading consultancies, for £10m.
- In July 2007 it acquired Kitsons Environmental Europe, a leading contractor servicing the nuclear and industrials fields for £14m.
