It would be helpful to have a bit more to go on than that if you want a decent response from this crowd. Why do you think it looks interesting and a likely takeover target?

It is a possible takeover target because Chevron has farmed into 3 blocks adjacent to Simba`s onshore block. Chevron`s blocks are offshore and if any of their drill targets are within a few miles of the shoreline it makes sense they would deploy horizontal drilling to save potentially hundreds of millions of dollars in drilling costs. Simba has the only onshore block in Liberia and has proven oil seeps. Acquiring Simba would be a very strategic move and relatively very cheap for Chevron.
