Amala Foods (LON:DISH) - Breath-taking change in business, is this all a con?
I first highlighted the unbelievable business plan from Amala Foods (LON:DISH) - Bigdish back in Nov 2020 ( See notes below for your information). The company now called Amala Foods has changed its business to providing foods, and more recently suggest that rare earth company will take over of the listed company. Both seem dubious in my view. The most recent announcement was ;

Well, a quick check of TERRA RARA UK Ltd indicates it was only created as an entity 10 days ago. Amala Foods say they are conducting due diligence do they realize TERRA RARA UK was only formed a few days ago when reporting the approach on the 17th of Feb.

AS the company TERRA RARA UK Ltd for only formed on the 21st of Feb 2022 four days later? https://www.onlinefilings.co.u..., fours days after the report approach, all seems unbelievable. (see below).
