I noticed over the weekend and this morning that when looking at the Guru Screens, in the 1 week performance compared to the FTSE-100 it shows the FTSE-100 as having lost 2.5% in the last week. In fact it lost more than that yesterday alone.

Is there a bug in the Stockopedia calculations which limits the FTSE-100 to 2.5% movement each week? Sadly my own portfolio does not have any such weekly limit.

Blissgull - yes you are right, there was a bug. It's been updated now. Please use the green feedback button for bug reports as they'll be fixed much more quickly.

Hi Ed
Does this fix the issue I saw with the Guru screen performances? For instance, on 21st Aug Peter Lynch Growth Screen showed a one week performance gain of 4.4% when there was only 2 stocks qualifying of which one had a more modest gain of 0.85% and the other none at all, in fact it was down 1.68%. I filled in the green feedback form at the time.

Hi Julian,
It wasn't the same issue. We did send you a reply - perhaps have a hunt around in your email (I can always send it again). Sorry for being off-topic, but basically the list of stocks that you see on the Peter Lynch screen (and all the other screens) are the ones that qualify for the rules now. The tracked performance that you see in the chart and the 1-week, 1-month, 3-month, etc, table is the portfolio of stocks that the screen picked up on the last rebalancing date. The guru portfolios are rebalanced quarterly and were last rebalanced at the end of June.
