Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc is a newly incorporated Isle of Man company established to invest in the German property market, predominantly in the residential sector. The Company's objective is to provide Shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the prospect for long-term capital growth. It is anticipated that once fully invested, the Company will have a balanced portfolio of properties throughout Germany which will provide investors with a broadly based exposure to the German residential property market. It is expected that the Company should be substantially fully invested within 12 months of Admission. Once fully invested, it is anticipated that no one underlying single property asset will represent in excess of 7.5 per cent. of the gross assets of the Company at the time of investment.
