Doverbeach, great work on the Serica Energy article - http://www.stockopedia.com/wiki/view/SQZ . I like the revised structure which seems more suited to Oil E&Ps than the other more generic one on the site. Query whether it could use a history section, though, and I would also suggest breaking out "Recent News" into a separate section? Am going to make a couple of minor amends - let me know what you think.

Forgot to mention (in case helpful) that, if you use the [ref] ... [/ref] tag, it adds the reference at the bottom of the article - http://www.stockopedia.com/help/encyclopedia-references

I am struggling to see the point of this thread. Is it for meta discussion on the article - in which case why bother - just edit the wiki - or discussion about Serica's prospects, in which case wouldn't it be better with a more relevant tilte?

Hi, it's generated automatically if someone clicks the Discuss tab next to the relevant Wiki page and is intended as a meta discussion area for the Wiki article contents. You can also add comments when making the Wiki edit itself, though, which are then viewable in the Article History. Let us know if you prefer one over the other - the latter can only be one line long so perhaps this is insufficient?

I think the thread's useful but it would be better to have it created in a different "area", i.e. it shouldn't really appear on the main threads page since it's not really about a stock or investing, but is actually more administrative in nature so maybe it should just stay tied to the article?

ok - I think I prefer the standard wiki comments when submitting a change approach
