Stadium Group, the contract electronics engineering and manufacturing company, announced its preliminary results for the year to December 31st 2010. Revenues were up 27% to £44.8 million on the back of a broad recovery in its focus markets as well as strong gains in market share. Pre-tax profits almost doubled to £2.9 million, while adjusted diluted EPS increased to 6.7p (FY 2009: 4.2p).

Stadium’s chairman, Nick Brayshaw, will serve as acting chief executive while the company recruits a new CEO.
