Stadium Group announced that it has sold the Chingford property which previously housed its Branded Plastics division (which was sold in June 2010) for £2.6 million before disposal costs. The property was being held as a non-current asset at £2.04 million on the company’s books. £1.04 million of the proceeds will be used to reduce a defined benefit pension deficit, with the remainder ploughed back into the electronics business.
