How does anyone get in contact with STOCKOPEDIA with their 'new' website that is extremely difficult to operate/cookies???
and the fact that there are problems with their lack of 'print a page' and that when you do print your own page of your portfolio the 'name' label confuses the stock names with the current share prices. Useless!!!
CANNOT find any contact details anywhere.

I'm afraid I'm still on the "old" site. Is there not a green circular button down on the lower right hand side of your screen? If so, press that and it brings up a chat window. Ask your questions there and they usually come back to you fairly quickly.
Sorry if the "new" site doesn't work in the same way and I've wasted your time reading the above.
Try the green the button, bottom right of the page, that is the support/helpdesk, someone should reply in a few hours.
Re the prints of Stockreports, I did report a problem recently, as many months were missing, on around 1/3 of the shares, they should appear monthly, but from October, 2020 this did not always happen and there are gaps of up to 6 months on some shares.
It is working again now, but they can't retrieve the lost reports, which is not good.
I'm still using the old site.
This may be a dumb question but what's the easiest way to tell if I am on the old or new site?
Look above at the profile name on each post, if you have a squiggle after name you are on the new site, if not on the old.

New site is app.stockopedia.com and old site is https://www.stockopedia.com. I suggest you open the other site in a different browser to prevent it automatically redirecting you to back to the other one.
