Here is another idea....
I find it interesting and in some cases useful to read portfolio upates from other users...
If it is possible I think it would be a good idea to have a portfolio option for people to follow the daily MTM of their portfolios as well as long term performance.
To make this idea even better it would also be a good idea to have an option where one can click a button and by doing so it produces a post that can be edited with all the performance information of ones portfolio...Therefore all most people will have to do is give their thoughts on what they think about their portfolio performance rather then trying to work it all out by spending loads and loads of time.
I think this would encourage more people to do portfolio reviews if such support is provided by Stockopedia.
I also think such a service will make Stockopedia stand out from TMF.
I don't think writing code etc for this will be easy, but if the management at Stocopedia are keen to do it I do believe they are very capable of doing so.
I personally would appreciate such facility.
Bad idea. Certain people will use it to attempt to ridicule other posters.
