Surface Transforms, the supplier of advanced carbon fibre reinforced ceramic products announced that it has placed 6,317,000 new ordinary shares at 17p, raising £1.074 million gross.

In order to provide shareholders who did not take part in the placing an opportunity to invest, an open offer is being conducted for 3,043,416 new ordinary shares, also at a price of 17p per share.
