Surface Transforms, the Cheshire based supplier of carbon fibre reinforced ceramic products, announced that its share placing and open offer to existing shareholders were approved by shareholders during an EGM on November 25th. The placing raised £1.0 million after fees, and the open offer raised an additional £207,586 - approximately 40% of the shares in the open offer were taken up by shareholders.
