Regeneration Activities

This division successfully partners with other organisations including public authorities to regenerate disused waterfront or brownfield sites. Sutton Harbour is the preferred bidder for two new Marina Developments in East Cowes and Plymouth.

Marine Activities

The Group Owns and operates Sutton Harbour in Plymouth's historic Barbican area comprising Sutton Harbour Fisheries - the third largest fresh fish market in England, Sutton Harbour Marina - providing sheltered berthing for 490 vessels and an estate of harbour frontage investment properties. Presitigious events hosted include the Rolex Fastnet, Transat and Classic Boat Rally.
