Anyone else having technical issues with the site since the migration to AWS last Sunday? The best place is to report the issue first to support(green blob) but there maybe a number of issues that aren't widely known and it could be helpful to have it discussed here on its own thread.

My issues so far:

1) In the mini-charts, a few of the individual charts are larger than normal affecting the row alignment.

2) Disappearing saved chart templates. These keep disappearing after a few hours. This is a weird one as it seems to happen randomly.

Yes there have been various issues, such as can't add transactions, this was supposed to have been fixed but still some on going issues it seems. Last night I could not even get into folios. Not used the charts recently, I will have look.

Update: In my mini charts about 1 in 5 is smaller and narrower than normal, more letterbox.

The green support button, disappearing on some screens, maybe fixed now?

Seems I need to sign-in everyday now, even though my log-on is saved and before it was only monthly.

I keep being asked to log back in. I accept there will be teething problems and hope this annoyance can be resolved soon. Thanks.

Hi Rustbucket,

I had that missing green support button issue. Fixed it by logging off, closing the Chrome browser, opening the Chrome browser, opening login screen of site, refreshing the tab, then logging back in again. Something like that. Unfortunately I cant replicate it now because its fixed.

This should clear any cache of previous versions of the site, I believe.

I was using my iPad, it went, it came back for a while and then went again, this was a few days ago. I think it's fixed now. I've cleared all my cookies and history now.

Guybrush - I'm sorry that you've had problems with charts. Would it be possible for you to contact us direct (through the green messenger) so that the team involved in this can take a look at your template set ups?

Thanks Ben. I've already contacted support via the green messanger on both issues. Support have said there is an issue with Ichimoku clouds when used as a selection or when saved in a chart template, but believe everything else is fully functional. My template setup uses only four moving averages, volume, log scale, candlesticks, and crosshair. I do add trendlines and fibonacci retracements to particular charts. The issue occured twice yesterday and once so far today. I was just curious if other users had this issues or if it was my particular setup, site or windows. I've been keeping an eye on what I'm clicking on the site to hopefully replicate the issue. Its a minor inconvenience but as my trading heavily involves charts it probably affects me more than others.

I have Windows 10 with Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers installed. The green button has been a farce - never vanished on Edge, appeared on Tuesday on Chrome, but on Firefox despite logging out, clearing cookies and other suggestions it refused to show its face until today when, without doing anything, it suddenly appeared!

That leaves the problem regarding posts. In Monday's SCVR I wrote:

Paul wrote that he mentioned certain things in his 31st Jan. report
but only the summary and the first two articles are there - the other 3
including STU and the whole of Jack's section is missing. Presumably it
vanished on its way to the cloud yesterday .

While researching the company I found another post which suddenly terminated in the middle: https://www.stockopedia.com/co...

In both cases they were terminated mid-sentence so obviously a problem.

Personally no problems whatsoever, I was supprised I was not called on to log in again on Monday, given the change of platform - normally have to log in once per week - Chrome and Win 10

Also not noticed any difference in speed..... All really seamless for me.

I'm having issues with charts. I can't add indicators, overlays etc. Using MacBook Pro and chrome.

One of the issues I have is that my phone won't remember my login details even though the box is permanently ticked to remember me.

Another issue I have is that when I click on an article in Folio News, my phone loads the page then the phone/Stockopedia quasi app freezes, hence I can't scroll down and read the article and also I can't go back to the previous page/Homepage because Stocko is frozen. The only way out is to fully close down the Stocko quasi app and restart it, remembering not to click on that news article again.
