i no i did post before on this telford homes mainly rent ,,which is good as if inflation goes up with interest rates, more learn towards rent rather than buy, also main offices 1 mile from me, feel like going in for cup tea as an investor,, and believe i have the cheek to do it,, just sort small lie yep i have 1 million invested lol,,,,,shares to me seem to cheap even if building market is falling,,am i missing something here and need to sell,, or hold till market picks up,, its only share ive gone below my stop loss at the moment
I am looking at the house builders at the moment, and I see that Telford homes is at a price to book value of 1.0.
But I also see that a directer of the company did sell 100.000 shares at a price of£4.55 in may 2018. I think I will watch this share and the sector till Brexit is more certain.
