When I click on the green blob in the bottom right of the screen, I get the message "Something's wrong. We're unable to load the messenger".  I thought it might be a temporary glitch, but it has been a "feature" for some weeks.

I'm a bit stuck if I want to contact the Admin team (or respond to them when they send a message to me).

Since there is no phone number to ring, or e-mail address to contact, I've resorted to creating this post.  Probably not the intended use, but I can't think of any other way to contact the team. Hopefully they will pick this up.
