Its price has reduced 98% in last 5 year. Anyone tracking this? To me it looks like a multi-bagger in a medium term .
Could I ask, what are the prospects that will drive them to "multi bag "?

Interesting one: the price target is $3.67 compared to current price $0.70 (so a potential 4+ bagger). The company produces drugs to improve the quality of life in neurological conditions including Parkinson's, MS and migraine. Overall a relatively small but not insignificant market for the therapeutics industry. The fundamentals are a curious mixture of good and bad. The chart is somewhat negative, and the price is lingering under the 200 day MA which is on a down slope. Indicators like the Donchian Channel and Ichimoku Cloud are strongly discouraging. Most tellingly, there has been no insider buying, as far as I can tell, since 2017. This suggests that they don't have any blockbuster drugs in the pipeline. Institutional and hedge fund interest is low, although there have been a couple of volume spikes over the last 2 months. For me, this is a bargepole stock in its current state, but if the price rises to $1 it might be worth a recheck. Good luck if you're buying.
I won't go detail into its prospect, Wilkonz covered it too well, and I was trading it several years ago, but last trade was 3 years ago. Initially, I bought on some premium service recommendation and sold after they recommended exit, but I keep a mixed set of a portfolio, where I put 10% on heavily beaten-down stock, as I know the loss is limited to 100% but profit is not. For example, Revolution Bars (LON:RBG) doubled in a month for me, $ACOR and Loopup (LON:LOOP) is the new entrant. But these are the stock, I watch from quite some time, and at some point, I feel it hard to resist. For this one, the prospect hasn't gone that down as its price. But you can wait for it to go down further by 98%.
Fascinating. This stock has done a reverse stock split of 6:1 (that's a new one on me!). Anyway it would have been worth $4.20 on 30th December 2020, and at its current price of $5.68 it has closed in on the substantial price jump we were discussing (about 6% short). I've no idea what the price will do next and I wouldn't presume to give advice. But it's certainly looking very interesting. And there has been a huge surge of buying - about x20 average - so there are some serious buyers out there. The next price landmark is around $6.34 when we might see a cup and handle form. All the best if you decide to take a punt - or if you already have done. Thanks for drawing our attention to it.
