CLOSE OF MEETING
Coffee and tea will be available from 3pm and wine following the meeting. The Directors
hope that members will take these opportunities to meet and socialise before and after the
meeting.
Following the success of previous socials at the RAF Club Piccadilly we have made another booking for the Presidents Room prior to the AGM on Monday 3rd July 2023 at 12:30pm.
The provisional programme is as follows…
12:30-13:00 Drinks reception in the adjoining The 601 Squadron Room - first drink complimentary.
13:00-14:15 Sit-down buffet selection
Chicken chasseur with rice
Vegetarian lasagna
Selection of vegetables
Mixed berry cheesecake with cream
Coffee & mints

14:15-14:45 Post lunch talk by guest speaker.
15:00-15:30 Coffee & tea for all and arrivals just coming to the AGM.
