Does anyone have any thoughts on why this company appears to be both grossly under-valued and under-reported?
Can't be sure, but perhaps the fact that they are in Russia is behind the apparent very low valuation.

Russia + oil and gas dependency = low interest from the general market.
Maybe the time is right for it though with recent OPEC change of heart

I've just read Red Notice by Bill Browder and recommend it whole heartedly.
Read it before you invest in Russia.
